Greensboro has recently been named among the 15 cheapest U.S. cities to live that also boast great weather. Two other North Carolina cities – Charlotte and Raleigh – have made the list, too, according to PropertyShark.
PropertyShark ranked U.S. cities with populations greater than 150,000 based on housing expenses and how comfortable their climates were. The study identified cities where homeowners earning a median income would spend no more than 30% of their earnings on monthly housing payments and looked at climate data such as the number of days a year with clear skies, rainy days, windy days, and days with extreme weather.
