Winston-Salem Named One of Top Markets for Millennials

In an analysis of the largest 100 metropolitan statistical areas (MSA) conducted by Knock, Winston-Salem, NC was named among the top 10 housing markets for millennials. The research is based on the premise that the more affordable and less competitive metro areas are, the more likely this generation is to purchase a home, as 82% of younger millennials and 48% of older millennials are first-time homebuyers.
