As of September 1, 2026, The Sharpe Team is now with CrossCountry Mortgage. We are still The Sharpe Team. Same phone number, (336) 575-9448. Same faces on your calls and closing tables. Same personal attention and hands-on service from start to finish.


Why We Made the Move


We did not make this decision hastily, nor did we make it because anything was broken. We made it because CrossCountry Mortgage offers us a broad selection of loan programs, fast underwriting turnaround times, and more tools to say yes to buyers who might have heard no elsewhere.


For our clients, that means more financing options across a wide range of circumstances, including situations that are not perfectly straightforward, such as self-employed income, a recent job change, or a down payment from more than one source. For our agent partners, that means faster answers and fewer surprises during underwriting, which is the part of the process that makes or breaks a closing timeline.
